April Fun

- by Gav Hedge

April was a fun month. Played a few new venues. The New Inn, St Andrews, was the first to suffer the Ganked experience. Nice people, rabid dog (you know who you are Tyson), handsome picture taken outside!

Next came the Green Room in Perth with a Glasgow band called Patersani. Free crisps, a jug of ale and a sound man with a stopwatch.....strange......but not as strange as Fully's hat!

And finally...Letham (the one in Angus). The old Lethamites (of which Gav is one) re-union, organised by Mr Shawn Moir. A crazy, drunken, beautiful crowd of insane villagers who danced....and fell all over our kit. We expected nothing less.

Next stop...Montrose

Tunes!

Some new tunes available in the media section. Recorded live at the Strathmore Hall event on the 7th of March for the Forfar Academy trip to Nepal fund raiser.

Thanks to Mitch at Audiowave for the recordings. Much appreciated.

Check them out.

Black Abbot

After an intense gig at the Black Abbot, Frank spends hours in solitary confinement, punishing himself until his fingers bleed for the Tonic session on Monday 9th Feb. Concentrate!

A few Ganked tunes......

Just Ganking around

- by Gav Hedge

So the 2015 diary is beginning to fill up with some new venues to look forward to. Last year ended with Gav breaking the world record for the most strings snapped in one gig (8) at the Reid Park Bar in Forfar. The lads then kicked off 2015 with a cheeky living room set at the Baldie's nut house for the insane. New tunes, new venues and hopefully a wee tour down south back to Shropshire.....oh, and a decent pro video and pics so we can finally tart this site up.

Happy Ganking.......

First Ever Blog Post

This is the first ever blog post for Ganked!

Now we've got Fully and his magic box on board the pace is certainly hotting up with the amount of gigs we've been asked to do.

Check the events calendar for details!
